Methods
  • 1. Boil the potatoes, beetroots, carrots and peas. Keep aside.
  • 2. Take butter in a frying pan, when butter melts add garlic.
  • 3. Let the raw smell of garlic vanishes.
  • 4. Add onion and saute it.
  • 5. Add pav bhajji masala and chilli powder.
  • 6. Now, add pureed tomatoes.
  • 7. Simmer and saute the masalas perfectly.
  • 8. Then add the boiled vegetables and salt. Mesh it properly.
  • 9. Adjust the consistency and add lemon juice.
  • 10. Finish it up with a dollop of butter.
