Methods
  • 1. In sauce pan add sugar and water. Boil until sugar dissolve in water. Keep aside
  • 2. Heat clarified butter in kadhai, roast besan in heated ghee for 10-12 minutes.
  • 3. When the gram flour colour turn brown. Add sugar syrup and mix it. Keep stirring continuously. Cook it on low flame for 5 -7 minutes.
  • 4. Add cardamom powder, chopped dryfruits and mix all well.
  • 5. Besan ka halwa is ready to eat.
