Ingredients For Besan Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add whole wheat flour,salt and curd and mix well.
  • 2. Make a soft dough and keep aside for 30 mins.
  • 3. Divide the dough into equal size balls
  • 4. Roll it and spread one tbsp stuffing and roll out.
  • 5. Now again fold like swiss roll and seal the edges.
  • 6. Roll like chapati.
  • 7. On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both sides.
  • 8. Serve hot.
