Generally, in Maharashtra for every festival, if there is a sweet food we must have to make delicious fried food. Then some ladies are frying Urad Papad, some are making save but we are making here Bhajiya. On the occasion of Gudi padava we made Basundi along with besan Bhajiya. Here is the recipe for it.

Ingredients For Bhajiya Recipe -Marathi Recipe #LetsGetFrying

Methods
  • 1. Take besan powder in a big container. Add all ingredients except oil to it.
  • 2. Mix it well. Now add water whisk it wire gauze . Make it as like a paste.
  • 3. Keep the pan on the gas. Pour oil to it. Wait to heat it.
  • 4. Now pour a spoon of paste in the heated oil pour it one by one.
  • 5. Now fry it well and serve it hot .
