Ingredients For Masala Kerala Subji Recipe .

Methods
  • 1. Take the green Karela cut it vartical and throw away its seeds.
  • 2. Wash it with salt and keep it to steam by applying some oil on it .
  • 3. Now add peanut powder masala chilly powder coriander leaves pinch of hing etc.
  • 4. Sprinkle some water on it and add jaggary tamarind solution.
  • 5. Add hot water to it .Now spread splutter oil with mustard seeds.
  • 6. Keep lid on it and take 1 minute steam to it.
  • 7. Serve it with Roti chapati etc.
