  • 1. Wast neatly bitter gourd, don't peel bitter gourd, peel bottle gourd and chop.
  • 2. Take mixer grinder.combine bitter gourd, bottle gourd,curry leaves and all masala.
  • 3. Add required water and grind. now strain with strainer. Then again add water and left gourd, grind and strain.
  • 4. Your healthy bitter gourd juice is ready.
