Mix all the ingredients in a pan, keep some ghee aside.

Now stir the same on low flame. When the mixture becomes thick gradually, add little ghee. So that it will not stick to the edges, when it becomes like a ball, then turn off the gas.

Let it cool down a bit, then take a butter paper and roll it thin by placing the prepared dough on it. Now put almonds, pistachios and saffron on it, after it cools down, cut into desired shape with the help of a knife.
