Methods

How to make Bread Butter Pudding Recipe

1. Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius.
2. Remove the edges of the bread and apply butter on each slice.
3. Cut them into strips and arrange it one over the other in a greased baking dish.
4. Meanwhile, boil milk in a saucepan over a medium flame.
5. Add cornflour,brown sugar, vanilla essence and walnuts. Whisk well and cook it mixture thickens.
6. Remove from the flame and spread this mixture over layered bread slices.
7. Sprinkle some brown sugar and cinnamon powder on top.
8. Bake it for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve it hot or cold.
