How to make Apricot Oats Yogurt Icecream Recipe

1. In a blender , add 1/4 cup brown sugar . Add the frozen apricots . Add 3 large frozen bananas . Add yogurt . Blend all together to a smooth thick cream. Add pistachios and whipping cream and give a quick pulse .
2. Transfer the creamy content to one freezer safe container . Freeze the ice cream for 3 hours without disturbing . Take the ice cream container out of the freezer and keep it out for 3 minutes . This softens the ice cream . Easy to scoop and serve . This step depends on the environment ‘s temperature and humidity . Garnish with roasted pistachios and oats for the chunk taste . Serve immediately .
