Spicy and tangy green apple tart, Green apple also called Granny smith, this tart has all texture from sweet apple compote to the crispy biscuit base.

Deseed apples using apple corer and then cut into half and make thin slices using slicer then boil it in water, sugar and cinnamon, star anise, piri piri mixture for 30 minutes then drain it.

In a bowl whisk together butter and sugar till soft then add flour and mix till dough form then keep it in fridge for 1 hour then roll it out thinly and spread it in tart mould.

With fork make holes in tart moulds and bake it @180.c for 15 minutes.

Take few apple slices soaked in sugar syrup and make a puree out of it.
5.
One tart is bakes and cool down then pour Apple puree in base of it and then arrange apple slices on top of it.
