1.
Take a pan, boil 1 cup water and boil the pok choy pieces for 1 minute. Drain the water and squeeze the leaves and stems, keep aside.

Heat a pan, heat the butter a little and add minced garlic. When aroma comes, add chicken pieces, 1 pinch salt. Cover it and cook for 2 minutes.

Now open the lid, add all vegetables, salt, pepper and give it a good mix. Cover it for next 2 minutes.

Open the lid, add boiled pok choy , fry for one more minute.

When it is combined well, add soy sauce, cornflour and sugar. Mix it for next 2 minutes on high flame. Sprinkle sesame and spring onion, then turn off the gas.
6.
Make a sunny side up egg or water egg poach. And serve it with stir fried vegetables.
