Ingredients For Brown fried rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak the rice for 1 hour.
  • 2. Boil the rice by adding little salt.
  • 3. Cut slices of onions, capsicum and carrot.
  • 4. Take a pan put oil .
  • 5. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
  • 6. Add all sliced veggies and saute them by adding little salt.
  • 7. Now add Soya sauce and vinegar.
  • 8. Mix them well . Add boiled rice.
  • 9. Sprinkle Black pepper powder and mix them well
  • 10. Serve it hot with ketchup.
