Put brown rice and Urad dal in a jar and mix half a cup of curd and make a paste with the help of a mixer.

Now take out the paste in a bowl and mix the remaining curd also, beat the paste well and keep it covered for 15 minutes.

Now put water in the idli mold to heat and grease the idli plate with oil, now add enofruit salt to the paste, add half a teaspoon of salt, mix it well and put it in the plate and keep it covered for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, the idlis will puff up well. When the idlis cool down, take them out and cut them.
5.
Now put oil in the pan and when it is hot, add mustard seeds, add curry leaves and green chillies and fry onions and tomatoes.
6.
Also add half a teaspoon of salt and turmeric
7.
After roasting the spices well, cut the idli and mix it well and take it out in a plate and garnish it with coriander.
