Methods
  • 1. Put brown rice and Urad dal in a jar and mix half a cup of curd and make a paste with the help of a mixer.
  • 2. Now take out the paste in a bowl and mix the remaining curd also, beat the paste well and keep it covered for 15 minutes.
  • 3. Now put water in the idli mold to heat and grease the idli plate with oil, now add enofruit salt to the paste, add half a teaspoon of salt, mix it well and put it in the plate and keep it covered for 10 minutes.
  • 4. After 10 minutes, the idlis will puff up well. When the idlis cool down, take them out and cut them.
  • 5. Now put oil in the pan and when it is hot, add mustard seeds, add curry leaves and green chillies and fry onions and tomatoes.
  • 6. Also add half a teaspoon of salt and turmeric
  • 7. After roasting the spices well, cut the idli and mix it well and take it out in a plate and garnish it with coriander.
