Ingredients For Brown rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take 1 glass of brown rice and put in the water , soak for 20 - 25 minutes.
  • 2. Take 1 spoon of ghee and heat them in the pressure cooker at medium frame.
  • 3. Add some ingredients in the ghee like bug leaf,black pepper, cumin seed , cloves , cinnamon sticks, cashew and raisins .
  • 4. Roast the ingredients in the ghee.
  • 5. After roasting then add 1.5 glass water .
  • 6. Add salt according to your taste ,add black pepper powder and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • 7. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and boil for some times .
  • 8. Take out the rice from the water and put them in the pressure cooker and close the lid .
  • 9. Boil for some time and take 6-7 wistle in the pressure cooker at medium flame.
  • 10. After taking 6-7wistle our brown rice is ready . We can serve this brown rice in a plate.
