In a bowl, add besan,curd mix well then add butter 2tbsp , red chilli powder, salt coriander powder and turmeric powder and garam masala mix together

Then add paneer cubes, capsicum cubes and onion slices marinate properly then keep in fridge for thick consistency for 14 minutes

On the medium hot grilling pan add left over butter and then with the help of skewers put this marinated paneer cubes and onion slices, capsicum cubes place one by one and roast carefully

And serve with tomato chutney, green chilli and onion slices and lemon cubes and enjoy.
