Ingredients For Caramel Custard Pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix 4 tablespoon of custard powder in milk(boiled milk).
  • 2. You can take ready-made condense milk or can prepare at home, Here I made at home and once it cooled down to room temperature.
  • 3. Keep a pan on flame and add 1/4 cup of sugar to it. Stir continuously until sugar starts to caramelize. It may take 4,5 minutes. Pour the caramelized syrup into bowl which you are going to keep for steaming.
  • 4. In a separate bowl mix equal amount of milk, condensed milk whisk curd and custard milk solution together. Stir it for some time, Same can be added in mixie jar.
  • 5. Meanwhile keep around 4 cups of water in idli cooker on flame.
  • 6. Put the bowl on steamer for at least 30 minutes on medium flame. After 30 minutes check by inserting a clean knife to batter. If it comes out clean. Off the flame and let it rest for some time.
  • 7. Keep a plate over the bowl and flip it upside down. It should come out clean.
  • 8. Keep the caramel cake in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve chill.
