Take a vessel add 1glass of water into it and start boiling it. Then add spinach into water and boil for 5 minutes.

When spinach water cools down make paste of it with boiled water.

Take a pan turn on gas add 2 spoon oil .when oil gets heated add onion, garlic,ginger and fry for 2 minutes

Then add spinach paste with red chilli, turmeric powder and chopped green chili and fry for 3-4 minutes. After this turn off gas add 2 spoon lemon juice and Salt according to taste mix well.

Now for tempering heat butter and add Asafotida, garlic clove, Red dry chili and pour the Lahsooni Palak. Garnish with white seeds is as per your choice.
