Ingredients For Aloo dam Punjabi style #Gravies&Curries Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan add oil, when oil starts heating boiled potatoes fry into it until it turns slightly golden brown. Transfer potatoes into another bowl.
  • 2. In the leftover oil add onion, tomato for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Now add Imli chutney with one glass Luke warm water into pan and boil for 2-3 minutes. Now add fried potatoes with turmeric, Chili, coriander powder and salt according to taste mix well after 4-5 minutes turn off the flame.
  • 3. Garnish with coriander leave. Server hot sweet and tangy curry.
