Take a pan add oil, when oil starts heating boiled potatoes fry into it until it turns slightly golden brown. Transfer potatoes into another bowl.

In the leftover oil add onion, tomato for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Now add Imli chutney with one glass Luke warm water into pan and boil for 2-3 minutes. Now add fried potatoes with turmeric, Chili, coriander powder and salt according to taste mix well after 4-5 minutes turn off the flame.
3.
Garnish with coriander leave. Server hot sweet and tangy curry.
