Ingredients For Gobi Pulav - Weight loss- Breakfast Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Keep the rice to soak foe 1/2 an hour .
  • 2. Take all above ingredients in one Thali and mean while keep the water to boil.
  • 3. Keep the cooker on the gas pour oil to it add mustard seeds and wait to splutter it.
  • 4. Now add all ingredients one by one and pan fry it.
  • 5. Add rice at last and fry it. Now add water to it .
  • 6. Now keep the lid of cooker and wait for 20 minutes .
  • 7. Well prepared Pulav is ready to eat .
