Ingredients For Cashew Rose Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all turn on the gas stove and keep a heavy base Kadhaai on the gas stove.
  • 2. Add one tablespooon melted Ghee in kadhaai and when ghee heatup so add cashenw nuts powder into the ghee and fry the cashew powder for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. After that add desiccated coconut condensed milk powder sugar and cardamom powder into the kadhaai and mix the mixture well and stir fry the mixture for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. When the mixture is ready, let the mixture cool down and than pour a mixture into the plate.
  • 5. After that divide the mixture into two equal parts.
  • 6. In one part add red food color and in other part add green food color and mix the mixture properly with the help of ghee and make a dough. and then divide the red color dough into 3 equal parts.
  • 7. After that take a flatter base and keep the red dough roll on that base and make a chapati with the help of rolling pin.
  • 8. After than take a bottle cap and and cut the circle pieces from the red color dough chapati. Left portion will be used in making the other roti.
  • 9. After that make the same roti from green color portion dough and cut the leaf shape with the help of knife.
  • 10. After that take the red color circle pieces and make a rose shape form those circles.
  • 11. After making the Rose add the leaves at the base of the Rose.
  • 12. After making all the Roses , keep the Kaju rose in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set.
