Ingredients For CHANA DAL STUFFED RICE FLOUR PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak chana dal for 4-5 hours.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and sprinkle with cumin seeds.
  • 3. Add chana dal, turmeric powder, ginger paste, and one cup of water and steam it.
  • 4. When cooker releases the whistle turn off the flame.
  • 5. When water gets absorbed in chana dal mash it and add salt, green chillies and garam masala and mix it well.
  • 6. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 7. Heat two cup of water in a pan and bring to boil.
  • 8. Once boiled add the rice flour and salt and stir continuously until water absorbs the rice flour.
  • 9. To make a soft dough.
  • 10. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • 11. Stuff the chana dal filling in the dough and roll out.
  • 12. Flatten the balls into thick round paratha.
  • 13. Grease a pan with little clarified butter and heat on a medium flame.
  • 14. Apply clarified butter on both the sides and cook on a medium flame.
  • 15. Serve hot with cauliflower and potato subji.
  • 16. Dal stuffed paratha is ready to eat.
  • 17. Serve garma garam with kheer and subji.
