Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and put it on a medium flame, add in the butter and let it melt, once melted add in the flour and roast for a minute.
  • 2. Add in the warm milk and keep stirring continuously, until smooth and thick. there should not be any lumps.
  • 3. Remove from the heat and transfer it into a bowl, then add in the boiled and crushed corns, cheese, freshly chopped coriander, green chili, black pepper powder, salt, and give it a good mix.
  • 4. Now let it cool completely. Once cooked, make small balls each and coat it well. First, dip it in the the liquid flour, then in the crumbs. Repeat the same with all other balls.
  • 5. Deep fry until golden brown.
  • 6. Corn sweet balls are ready to serve.
