Boil The Corns To prepare this delicious dish, start boiling the corns in water over medium flame in a deep bottomed pan. Add some salt in it, let it simmer for 10-12 minutes. Now drain the water and keep the corns aside.

Mix The Ingredients Take a large bowl and add the melted butter along with the boiled corns. Next, add in garam masala powder, chaat masala, and chilli powder, chopped green chillies , cheese and salt. Mix the ingredients nicely.

CheeseMasala Corns Are Ready! Lastly, add in lime juice and coriander leaves and cheese and serve hot!
