1.
Take 4-5 boiled potatoes and mash them perfectly. Add chopped coriander, green chillies, capsicum, onion and garlic cloves.

Next add mixed herbs, salt as per taste, chilli flakes and 2 tbsp bread crumbs and mix well.

Add 3 tbsp of grated mozzarella cheese and 2-3 tbsp of flour and mix everything.

Now take this filling and after slightly oiling your palms, make cutlets of the desired shape and size.

For preparing the slurry, add 2 tbsp of flour and mix 5-6 tbsp of water to create a slightly thick binding mixture.

Take each cutlet, place a cheese cube in its center and roll it into the slurry mixture and then roll it in bread crumbs. Follow the same process for each cutlet.
7.
Now heat a pan and add oil and then deep fry all the cutlets at low flame until they are golden brown. You can also shallow fry them.
8.
Voila your cheese potato cutlets are ready! Enjoy with ketchup or dip of your choice.
