Recipe Notes

Mixture should not be wet. You can store non fried nuggets in freezer for 15-20 days in ziplock bags. Before frying take out it from freezer. You can skip the cheese and make potato nuggets.

Ingredients For Cheese Potato Nuggets Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add corn flour and 4-5 tbsp water . Make thick but flowing slurry. Keep aside.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl add boiled potatoes. Mashed it properly or grate it. Add add the ingredients of nuggets. Mix it well. Apply oil in your hand and knead it to make dough.
  • 3. Divide it into small equal parts. Make nuggets. Dip all the nuggets into slurry, coat it with bread crumbs. Keep it in freezer for 20 minutes.
  • 4. Heat oil in a wok. On medium high heat deep fry all the nuggets till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • 5. Remove it in a kitchen napkin.
  • 6. Transfer it in serving bowl. Serve hot with sauce.
