Ingredients For Chena and cheese stuffed beetroot kulcha sandwich recipe

Methods
  • 1. For making dough, in lukewarm water, add dry yeasts and sugar and mix them. After a few minutes, it'll start blooming.
  • 2. Now add oil, beetroot juice and salt into it. Then add all purpose flour and make a soft dough.
  • 3. Cover it and keep in worm place for minimum 45minutes.
  • 4. After that it'll raise double in size. In the meantime, let's make the stuffing. In a kadai, heat butter.
  • 5. Add the chopped bell papers and sauté them. Add salt, cumin powder and Maggi masala magic and mix them very well.
  • 6. Cook them until bell papers becomes soft, add smashed chena and coriander leaves and mix them all very well. Don't overcook.
  • 7. Stuffing is ready. Knead the dough again and make same sized balls. Spread some dry all purpose flour and roll the balls.
  • 8. In a roti tawa, make all the kulchas using ghee. Now take one kulcha and add stuffing and cheese on the top.
  • 9. Put another kulcha bread over it. Now microwave them for 30seconds. Cut each into two pieces and serve with yogurt.
