1.
Marinate chicken in salt, turmeric,ginger garlic paste, yoghurt,black pepper powder, red chilli powder and lemon juice for almost 1 hour. You can also marinate it for overnight to make chicken softer.

Mix corn flour and refined flour in chicken and deep fry it until it turns golden brown.

In a bowl take 1 tbsp water and mix some 3 tsp yoghurt, sugar,black pepper powder,red chilli powder and ginger paste in it.

In a pan heat 2 tsp oil, add jeera, Curry leaves and slitted green chilli in it. Then add above mixture in the pan.
5.
Toss the fried chicken pieces for almost 2 minutes in this mixture.
