Ingredients For Chicken Cheese Corn Salad Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash all the vegetables and keep aside. Now take the corn kernels and wash properly.
  • 2. Chop all the vegetables and chillies. Shred the chicken and keep aside.
  • 3. Now take a pressure cooker add water and salt to it. Add all the vegetables except tomato, onion and spring onion. Now add corn kernels to it. Pressure cook on low flame for about 2 whistles. After it's done strain everything and wash under running water for 1minute and keep aside.
  • 4. Meanwhile take a saucepan add water , salt and black pepper and let the chicken boil for 4-5mintues. Once it's done keep aside.
  • 5. Now take a mixing bowl. Add all the boiled vegetables and corn kernels. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies.
  • 6. Now add salt, black pepper, lemon juice and toss very well. Add the half of the chopped spring onions and toss.
  • 7. Now if you wish add hot and sweet tomato sauce or you may skip this step. Toss everything very well.
  • 8. Add the rest of chopped spring onions. Now grate half of the cheese cubes and toss well.
  • 9. Serve hot in a serving bowl topped with grated cheese.
