Ingredients For Chicken keema stuffed capsicum recipe

Methods
  • 1. First cut the capsicum into two parts and blanch it in hot water with little salt.
  • 2. Now, heat oil in a pan and saute chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.
  • 3. Add the minced chicken. Season it with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt.
  • 4. Cover it for a few minutes till the keema becomes tender.
  • 5. Now stuff the blanched capcicum with the chicken keema mixture.
  • 6. Garnish it with chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves. Enjoy!!
