Ingredients For CHICKEN MANCHURIAN Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,kashmiri red chilly powder,corn flour,rice flour,egg,black pepper powder and salt
  • 2. Keep aside for half an hour.
  • 3. After an hour heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken cubes until golden and crispy
  • 4. Take a bowl add 2 tbsp corn flour,1 tsp soy sauce,1/2 tsp vinegar,red chilly sauce,a pinch black pepper powder,salt,sugar and 2 tbsp water and mix well
  • 5. Heat two tbsp oil in a pan,add chopped ginger,garlic and cook for one mins.
  • 6. Add onion,capsicum and green chilly and mix well.
  • 7. Add corn flour solution and two cup of water and cook for two mins
  • 8. Now add chicken pieces and cook for five mins
  • 9. Garnish with spring onion and serve with fried rice.
