Ingredients For Chickpea Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the chickpeas overnight.
  • 2. In a pressure cooker add soaked chickpeas, tomato, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt and 3-4 times more water from chickpeas. Pressure cook until it becomes soft.
  • 3. Let it cool, blend it well to make a smooth paste.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin powder, blackpepper powder and hing. After 1-2 seconds add grounded Chana. Mix it well.
  • 5. Add water in it to adjust the consistency Cover the lid . Simmer it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice in it. Serve hot.
