Ingredients For Choco mango cheesecake recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all grind the Oreo biscuits, add melted butter and mix it.
  • 2. Now take chena or cottage cheese, add milk powder and sugar ( 2 tablespoon each). Churn it in a mixer grinder to form a fine paste.
  • 3. Now mix mango paste and 2 tablespoon of milk powder in a grinder to form a smooth paste.
  • 4. Now take a silicon mould press Oreo biscuit crumbs, then add cottage cheese layer n finally put the layer of mango paste.
  • 5. Keep it in a fridge to set for 1/2 an hour to 1 hour.
  • 6. After that take out of fridge demould it, garnish it with sprinklers, cherries n serve.
