Ingredients For CHOCOLATE BROWNIE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil one and 1/4 ltr milk on the gas.When it boiled switch off the gas.
  • 2. Add vinegar and cover the milk.
  • 3. After few mins milk is fully curdled. Strain tr he paneer/ cottage cheese.
  • 4. Sieve all purpose flour / maida,baking powder and salt together.Take a mixing bowl add sugar, fresh cream and cottage cheese / paneer and drinking chocolate mix until creamy and fluffy.Add vanilla essence and all purpose flour.Make a smooth batter.Pre heat oven to 150. c.Grease and flour a 9 inches round baking cake pans.Pour the batter into dish.Add roughly chopped almonds and walnuts.Bake for 50 mins. in the pre heated oven.Now the delicious chocolate brownies is ready
