Methods

How to make Christmas Pizza Wreath Recipe

1. First take a bowl and dissolve yeast with sugar, salt olive oil and warm water.
2. Add all purpose flour and knead together to make a soft dough. Cover it with damp cloth for half an hour or until becomes double in volume.
3. Now knead the dough until it forms a ball.
4. Make pizza crust out of the dough. With a cutter, cut out round in the centre to make a wreath shape.
5. Spread pizza sauce over the crust. Add vegetable toppings of capsicum, tomatoes and black olives.
6. Sprinkle cheese and oregano. Preheat the oven and bake at 200°C for 30 mins or until the crust become light brown.
7. Christmas Pizza Wreath is ready. Enjoy!
