Methods
  • 1. Heat clarified butter/ ghee in a pan.
  • 2. Roast whole wheat flour on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
  • 3. Add mawa in the wheat flour and roast it.
  • 4. After stiring further for 10 - 15 minutes. switch off the flame.
  • 5. Let the mixture cool down add sugar powder / bura,cardamom powder,raisins,cashew nuts and almonds and mix well.
