Ingredients For Coconut stuffed Bunny Buns Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add yeast water and one teaspoon sugar keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. After 10 minutes our yeast is fermet properly.
  • 3. In a bowl add all purpose flour, milk.
  • 4. Add 2 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon butter.
  • 5. Add fermented yeast in it.
  • 6. Knead well for 15 minutes to make a soft dough.
  • 7. Transfer into bowl and cover with cling wrap.
  • 8. Keep it aside for an hour in a warm place to rise.
  • 9. Mix all ingredients mention for filling in bowl and mix well.
  • 10. After an hour dough is raised
  • 11. Divide into 5 parts.
  • 12. Roll it and spread the filling evenly on it. Seal it properly.
  • 13. Now arrange chocos for ears and choco chips for eyes and nose .
  • 14. Lay baking sheet on oven tray . Place the bunny buns on it .
  • 15. Cover and keep it aside for half an hour in a warm place to rise again.
  • 16. Pre-heat the oven at 180°c .
  • 17. Apply milk generously over the buns .
  • 18. Bake it on 180c for 30 minutes on the middle rack.
  • 19. After 10 minutes sprinkle some desiccated coconut on forehead.
  • 20. Again bake for 20 minutes
  • 21. After 30 minutes our stuffed buns are baked properly.
  • 22. Apply some butter on the top of buns and let it cool.
  • 23. Now our coconut stuffed bunny buns are ready to serve.
