COCONUT YAM CURRY RECIPE

I have made this recipe using the MANGALOREAN ghee roast curry. It is very simple to make and not even time taking. Very beneficial for working peole who want to eat something different form there everyday routine. The taste is nice of this recipe and it’s healthy also.

Ingredients For COCONUT YAM CURRY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. First of all wash the elephant foot yam and then boil it. After boiling when it gets cools down remove its sling and cut it in small pieces
  • 2. Turn on the stove. Take a pan add ghee as ghee gets hot add jeera, curry leaves mix this a little and then add boiled yam. Sauté it properly in ghee.
  • 3. Cook yam for 2-3 minutes in ghee then add grated fresh coconut. Mix all this properly. Add tasty tales MANGALOREAN ghee roast. At last salt as per taste. Mix this all.
  • 4. Now a last add water to make a semi thick consistency. Close the lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • 5. After 5 minutes you will see ghee will release and at that time turn off the stove and add lemon juice.
  • 6. Serve the hot coconut yam curry with roti.
