Ingredients For Coffee Swiss roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Separate the dry & wet ingredients.
  • 2. Add butter milkmaid milk and coffee powder( 10 - 15 gm ) together.
  • 3. Whisk it properly . At least for 5 to 10 minutes then add the dry ingredients.
  • 4. Make the batter in semi-liquid consistency. Rest it for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Apply fat or ghee in the baking dish and dust with flour.
  • 6. Pour the mixer in the container and tape it properly to remove the air bubble.
  • 7. Bake it in 180 - 210 degree celsius. Cook it for 20-25 minutes.
  • 8. In between add coffee( 20 gm ) and crystal sugar in a cup. then add 1 tbsp of water.
  • 9. Whisk it till it gets thick like a whipped cream and colour changes to white.
  • 10. Make a coffee syrup with coffee sugar and water. Add water and sugar. stir till sugar get dissolve then add coffee( 5 gm ).
  • 11. Check the cake . Keep it to get temperature down at room temperature.
  • 12. Remove the top of the sponge to get the flat surface and cake it little bit thin .
  • 13. If the sponge is well raised make it two. Then bush the inner side of the sponge with coffee syrup.
  • 14. Then apply the whipped coffee on it. Gently roll the sponge and cover it with clean foil.
  • 15. Keep it in refrigerator to get settle down for 40-45 minutes.
  • 16. Serve it cold.
