Methods
  • 1. Take 2 cups of wheat flour add salt and little oil in it
  • 2. Wash and peel the beetroot and make puree strain it
  • 3. Wash spinach leaves and make its puree strain it
  • 4. Now divide wheat flour into 3 parts
  • 5. In one part add beetroot puree prepare a dough
  • 6. In other part add spinach puree and prepare a dough
  • 7. To the third part add turmeric powder and prepare dough
  • 8. Now prepare balls of wheat flour mixing all three colours together
  • 9. Fry in hot oil
  • 10. Enjoy with chutneys ,pickles. Of your choice
