Methods
  • 1. Wash poha properly. Drain excess water completely.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, add poha, corn and potatoes. Mash properly.
  • 3. Add bread crumbs and all the spices.
  • 4. Take a portion of the mix and give it a desired shape. Insert half cashew.
  • 5. Heat oil in a wok. Fry all the cutlets on low to medium flame till they get golden brown.
  • 6. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
