Methods
  • 1. Combine all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl.
  • 2. Mix well to make a hard batter by adding water as required
  • 3. Cover with a cling wrap and keep it aside for an hour
  • 4. Apply water on both your palms and take a spoonful of batter to form a tikki shape
  • 5. Now heat oil in a deep-frying pan.
  • 6. Slide the tikkis into a pan, add 4-5 at a time.
  • 7. Deep Fried till golden brown and crisp on both the sides, Serve hot .
