Ingredients For Crispy Kali Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add maida,salt, kalaunji and ghee.now mix well.
  • 2. Now by adding little water knead a dough.
  • 3. Add little oil and knead dough to make it soft. Make equall balls from dough and roll medium thick chapati from it.
  • 4. Now make vertical and horizontal cuts on it to make squares of equall size.
  • 5. Now join two ends of square and flip by joining other two ends with water.
  • 6. Now prepare all kalis like this. Now heat oil in kadai and fry all kalis in oil at low flame.
