Get-togethers or parties happen at short notices at my place and to cook something for the lot immediately becomes strenuous!! So mini tacos to the rescue? They're the size of your pinky finger and can be had in one bite. Since it's on a sudden notice I use what's cooked at home for the filling else you could just stir fry something and use that. This platter has 4 different types of tacos to satisfy all the guests ?: 1. Veg taco for the vegan 2. Omelet strips taco for the eggetarian 3. Chicken taco for the all-rounder 4. Fish taco for the pescatarian All these tacos are topped with fresh homemade salsa to relish all the goodness.
Dock your shells before baking or frying to prevent fluffing up. If you are baking the tacos you will not achieve a uniform brown colour yet it will be crispy. Do not season your salsa well in advance season right before use. To deep fry the shells use toothpick to hold both the ends else they'll end. up like mini poories
