Ingredients For CRISPY ONION RINGS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and chop onion in a ring shape. Dip in the salt water for half an hour.
  • 2. Take a bowl combine gram flour,rice flour,salt,red chilly powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Add some water and make a thick batter.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the onion rings into the batter.
  • 4. Coat them well. Fry them golden and crispy.
  • 5. Drain in paper napkin. Serve hot with tea.
