First in a pan, add water, boil it, add sugar and cooked untill it dissolve. Boil for five minutes, add cardamom powder, mix and turn off the flame. chashni is ready, take paneer, add powder sugar dessicated coconut and chopped dry fruits, mix well.

Take bread slices and press lightly between the palm, put some paneer mixture in the middle and seal the edges and give them a round ball shape, prepare all balls likewise.

Heat oil in a kadahi and fry all paneer balls on medium flame untill they turns golden brown, then put these balls in chashni, leave the balls in chashni for 5-8 min. then transfer in a bowl and serve.
