Ingredients For Crispy turmeric panisse with dill and yogurt dip Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a big bowl add water and chickpea flour mix it well.
  • 2. make sure there no lumps left keep this mixture aside.
  • 3. Heat 1 tbs oil in pan on medium flame.
  • 4. Add onion and 4 to 5 garlic, fry until slightly brown in colour.
  • 5. Now slowly add water chickpea mixture.
  • 6. Cook this mixture on low flame till it become thick. it will take 7 to 10 minutes.
  • 7. Now add finely chopped dill leaves in it.
  • 8. Keep stirring the mixture so no lumps should not form.
  • 9. Grease the plate pour this thick paste into the plate.
  • 10. Spread the mixture evenly .Cool it at room temperature, then Keep it this plate in freezer for 2 hr for set.
  • 11. Cut the panisse into 1*4 inch leanthwise. Or your desire.
  • 12. Heat the oil in a pan for frying. Fry panisse till they become golden brown in colour.
  • 13. Drain it and keep on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
  • 14. For dill yogurt dip- take a curd add finely chopped garlic, lime juice, 2 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves, salt mix it well.
  • 15. Serve this with panisse. This is very good quick tasty party food option.
