Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, chilli, curry leaves, soaked chana dal. Fry for 30sec, add cooked rice.
  • 2. Add curd, salt, sugar and mix it for next 5 mins.
  • 3. When it is well combined, add coriander leaves, mix and turn off the gas. Serve
