Methods
  • 1. 1) clean the flattened rice , add milk in it and keep for 5-10 mins
  • 2. 2) Add yogurt, salt and sugar in it
  • 3. 3) Heat the ghee and add cumin and asafoetida
  • 4. 4) Add Sliced cashew nuts in it and saute
  • 5. 5) Add green chillies and curry leaves and saute it
  • 6. 6) Add this in soaked flattened rice
  • 7. 7) Mix it well, cool it and serve it
