Ingredients For Dahi Puri ( non fried) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First air fry the painpuri ( dry available in market easily ) .
  • 2. Preheat the airfryer at 160 to 170 degrees and then place the painpuri in the airfyer for 5 mins . It will get crispy and yummy without oil.
  • 3. Now pressure cook the aloo for 3 whistles peel, cool and mash them
  • 4. Now add coriander leaves, jeera powder, amchur, and black salt
  • 5. Mix all well and keep aside.
  • 6. Now poke the side of the pani Puri that is soft and stuff the potato filling inside .
  • 7. Over this add a mixture of beaten curds with salt and samosa chuntey .
  • 8. Garnish with grated Beetroot and carrot.
  • 9. So this satisfies the craving for a chat without anything fried.
