Ingredients For Dal Choco Gujiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take soaked chana dal, cashews, cardamom mix and make paste.
  • 2. Then heat ghee in a pan and stir in bay leaves, whole cumin and gram dal paste.
  • 3. Stir in the sugar, powdered milk and take it down.
  • 4. Now mix the ghee well with the amount of ghee and salt. It should be rubbed with water little by little.
  • 5. Cut the dough into small balls.
  • 6. Now you have to take the sand and mix it with the dal inside and make it into gujiya shape.
  • 7. Then heat ghee in a pan and fry the gujiya and put them on tissue paper.
  • 8. You have to melt the chocolate in the milk.
  • 9. Once spread over Gujiya, the Holi Special Gujiya will be ready.
